撮影当日は、アシスタントの方と2名体制でご対応くださいました。直前の予約だったため事前のやり取りは最小限でしたが、待ち合わせ10分前には居場所をご連絡を下さり、スムーズに落ち合うことが出来ました。

撮影の直前に一歳半の息子が寝てしまったのですが、起きるまで暫く待ってくださる等とても親切で、安心して撮影をお任せすることが出来ました。

息子が激しくぐずった際もアシスタントの女性があの手この手であやしてくださったり、遠くから撮影をするなど工夫して、素敵な作品に仕上げていただきました。

物腰が柔らかく穏やかで、何気ない日常の写真の撮影を希望される方にはとてもオススメできるカメラマンさんかと思います。

また機会があれば是非お願いしたいと思います！

当日は、待ち合わせよりもとっても早めに待っていてくださいました。
京都御苑までの移動中もガイドさんのように歴史などのお話をしてくださり皆とってもリラックスして撮影を始められたと思います。
プロカメラマンの方に撮影していただくのは初めてのことで不安もありましたが、ポーズの指示や構図などわかりやすく教えてくださいました。
撮影を終えてその後の旅行中も、写真を撮るたびに新谷さんならどう取るかな？このポーズかな？構図かな？やっぱりプロってすごいねーと皆影響されまくりでした笑
いかに楽しい時間だったのかがわかります。
データを見てみたら皆それぞれの良さが出ていて、素敵な写真ばかりでした。新緑の季節ということで自然の色も綺麗で、お気に入りの写真がたくさんです。
本当に新谷さんにお願いして良かったと思います。ありがとうございました。

Bruno was our photographer when we requested for a family photo session while we are traveling in Kyoto. We are grateful that he traveled far to meet with us with our request, and it is great to have a photographer who can speak English. We setup the fotowa website with some help from my Japanese friend. We were able to enter in ordering info using English. We waited 1 hr for the website to confirm the request was send to bruno, and Bruno responded the 2nd day with confirmation/ questions to what we would like to do. On the day of the photo shoot, he send us an email (through the website) on telling us where he was waiting and what he was wearing so we could see him. The rest of the session was easy. We walked around the park with his instruction and ideas of where to shoot. it is mostly natural actions while he took the shots. The 1 hr slot went fast, and before we know it, he took 800+ photo. Bruno is very fast and he edited/uploaded the photo by end of day, and we have 420 pictures to pick from :) I would recommend Bruno to friends.
