  My in-laws were visiting us from the States so we wanted to do family photos. We were a bit unlucky on the shooting day since it rained and my kid suddenly felt sick right before the photos. We didn't want to reschedule because our in-laws had limited time in Japan.
  Hatayama-san (the photographer) was very accommodating and patient. He directed my in-laws in English and tried very hard entertaining my sick kid and getting his attention. Hatayama-san also came very prepared - before our meeting time, he went around the park and found good photo spots already.
  I was pleasantly surprised by how great the photos turned out - bright colors with fall background, most pictures with neutral/smiling face of my kid...
